Zero Gravity Bahrain: Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
- Return timeframe: Items purchased online or in-store may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions: Items must be in their original, unopened condition, not used with all tags and labels attached.
- Exceptions: Certain items, such as special orders, elecrtrical products, personalized or custom-made products, aren't eligible to the returns and exchange policy.
Defective Items:
- Repair or Replacement: If a product is found to be defective, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
- Pre-Purchase Inspection: Before leaving the store, customer is responsible to inspect the purchased item for any scratches, damage or defects.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchange Within 15 Days: Customers can exchange items for a different size, color, or style within 15 days of purchase Items must be in their original, unopened condition not used with all tags and labels attached.
